ABSTRACT

1344 Electrical installations

Requirements to electrical instalations. Wiring and fusing. Heavy-current instalations for buildings, houses and flats. Instalation bus-system Instabus EIB.  Heavy-current instalations for industrial bays. Protection against electric shock and impact of lightning. Construction,mounting and instalation of cables. 

 

CONTENTS

LECTURES:

 

1.  Basic requirements for solution and construction of electrical instalations and equipment. 
2.  Dimensions of wires and cables in heavy-current instalations. 
3. Fusing of wires.
4.  Schemes of electrical instalations, common requirements, kinds of schemes. 
5.  Connection of customer to public grid.
6.  Consuming electrical equipment in buildings. 
7.  Heavy-current instalations in industrial bays.
8.  Protection against electrical shock.
9.  Protection against lightning.
10.Construction of cables.
11.Dimensions and fusing of cables.
12.Use of heavy-current cables.
13.Mounting and maintanence of heavy-current cables.

 

PRACTICES:

1.  Instalation signs. Definition of the project.
2.  List of used electrical household appliances and their location. 
3.  Calculation of wires and cables of interior instalations. 
4.  Scheme of heavy-current instalation. 
5.  Scheme and design of various kinds of distribution boxes. 
6.  Drawing of electrical instalations zooming 1:50.
7.  Technical description of heavy-current instalation. 
8.  Design of protection against lightning.
9.  Measurements of ground resistance and design of grounding. 
10. Bus-system Instabus EIB.
11. Project of instalations with Instabus EIB system.
12. Collection and submission of the project.

 

GOALS OF SUBJECT

Subject build on knowledges from other subjects of theoretical electrical engineering, maths, transition and distribution of electrical energy, short-circuits and stability. Aim of the subject is to learn on connection of customers to public grid, interior electrical instalations and cable lines.
